Asking the right question is often as important as knowing the right answer. “Stop doing what I tell you, and do what I want!” After spending years in the specialist retail sector I have learnt how to ask the right questions. Additionally, after years in the education sector, I have learnt how to answer these questions in creative ways. One of my strongest points is my ability to identify and understand the difference between features and benefits in a given product.
Good copy, should, after all, be benefits-focused. Anyone can tell you what makes a product or service excellent, that’s the easy part. But a good Digital Marketer will show how a product or service can improve your life. I love all things Digital.
